Understanding PTSD

PTSD is usually something that people think of men and women acquiring during combat in the military. However, many traumatic events can cause PTSD such as having a scary car accident, a bad fall hiking, or sexual trauma. People can even get PTSD from just listening to the traumatic experiences of other people and become traumatized themselves. What to do? Does all PTSD need treatment?
